Juvenile Offenses
We are well-versed in the procedure of defending juveniles. Our advocacy starts at the outset of the case in the initial interview with the Juvenile Probation Officer (“JPO”). In the initial interview, we seek to put the client in a position of having the JPO advocate a favorable disposition of the client’s case to the District Attorney. We have handled numerous Suppression Hearings and Formal Hearings (juvenile trials) before Masters and Judges.
